Registration is not required to access this website. Though we may collect some information through our contact form. The basic Personal Data we may process and collect is: your name, your email address, your contact number.
We use Google Analytics to collect information about how you interact with our website each time you visit it. This information is not personal information and we cannot identify who you are e.g. your name or address.

We use third party ticketing company, DigiTickets to fulfil online ticket purchases. The Personal Data disclosed is your name, billing address, residential address, email address, telephone number and payment details, they will only retain, store or use your Personal Data for the purpose of billing for the tickets. WorldPay is the payment gateway for online ticket purchases and they will only use your Personal Data for the purpose of processing your online ticket transaction.
Sometimes we need to pass the information we collect to other companies for administrative purposes. For example, our joint ticket partners. We may use third parties to carry out certain activities, such as processing and sorting data. Third parties will not be allowed to use your Personal Data for their own purposes.
NHS Test and Trace
With new government regulation in place to allow the reopening of the economy following the COVID-19 outbreak, Stratford Butterfly Farm is now required to keep a temporary record of all visitors to the butterfly farm. We will be collecting the lead bookers full name and their contact number for this purpose. This information will be kept in line with GDPR and destroyed after 21 days.
