Walk-ins on the day are welcome but during busy periods online bookings and season ticket holders take priority over on the day tickets, and you may be asked to wait before you enter.
If you prefer a quieter visit we recommend a 10:00 slot so that you can be the first in; or visit after 3pm as the afternoons are always quieter than the mornings.

Allow enough time for your journey and parking. Have your tickets either downloaded on a device or printed, ready for scanning at reception.
Your visit is for approximately 60 to 90 minutes once you have checked in. You may follow the self guiding path around the butterfly farm as many times as you like during your visit.

Season tickets are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and for use only by the person named on the ticket.
Season tickets must be shown to reception at every visit. You may be asked for proof of ID.
