Half Term at the Butterfly Farm
This May half term the whole family can enjoy the relaxing pleasure of walking amongst some of the world’s most beautiful butterflies in a tropical rainforest setting!
23-31 May
Meet the Mini-Beast handling sessions and Butterfly Life-Cycle demonstrations will take place daily at 11.00am in the Discovery Zone.
The team of experts will demonstrate from egg through to adult, the amazing stages of the butterfly life cycle as well as giving visitors the opportunity to handle a variety of stick insects.

Pupae Preparation Demo 2.30pm in the Discovery Zone.
Ever wondered how we populate the Flight Area with so many butterflies! Then come along to a pupae demonstration. Discover where the pupae has come from and how they are prepared for the Emerging Case.
