Halloween fun at the Stratford Butterfly Farm!

The Stratford Butterfly Farm is hosting a number of exciting activities for children during October half term from Saturday 25 October - Sunday 2 November. Children of all ages can take part in the Jungle Explorers Trail which will take them on a journey around the Farm to discover interesting facts and amazing creatures from around the world.

Children of all ages can take part in the Jungle Explorers Trail which will take them on a journey around the Farm to discover interesting facts and amazing creatures from around the world.

Plus there are ‘Meet the Mini-Beast’ sessions daily at 11:30am and 1:30pm when children can get up close and handle an array of insects including a Giant African Millipede, African Land Snail and various Stick insects!

Staff at the Farm will be dressed in Halloween costume on Friday 31 October and any child that comes dressed in a Halloween themed costume the same day can claim a chocolate eyeball or a chocolate pumpkin prize!

And it you want to be truly scared this Halloween then take a visit to the creepy ‘Arachnoland’ and discover an assortment of deadly spiders, all safely contained behind glass.

To see hundreds of spectacular butterflies, insects, reptiles and spiders visit the Butterfly Farm from 10:00am to 5.30pm every day of the week. Entry fees are Adults £6.25, Seniors & Students £5.75, Children (under 3’s go free) £5.25, Family (2 adults & 2 children) £18.50. Group discounts are available. Registered Carers are admitted free of charge.
