Caterpillar Room
Some of the worlds largest, spikiest, hairiest and most camouflaged caterpillars are on show with cocoons, giant silkmoths and shining pupae hanging on the plants. Lots to see, but look hard or you'll miss them!
Insect City
Insect City boasts an exceptional range of Insects, safely behind glass and easy to see. We even do Meet the Minibeasts handling sessions in the holidays if you want to have a closer look at some of our creatures (or even a touch!)
Arachnoland
Arachnoland boasts over 15 types of spider and scorpion. From the tiny Black Widow to Tarantulas with a span greater than 200 mm, all are safe behind glass. Our special exhibit shows large Imperial scorpions glowing in the dark. Not to be missed !
British Butterfly Garden
Our British Butterfly Garden is finished! We have the top 10 Butterfly Nectar plants along with a stunning wild flower Meadow. From May to October the font garden of the Butterfly Farm is awash with a myriad of different coloured wild flowers (every week is different).
