for all UK customers, and to all EU customers unless we have
your VAT registration number
Pupae
Availability cannot be guaranteed
for any given species at any given time. Should we be unable
to deliver a particular species we will try to offer a close
substitute.
All pupae are quality checked
during packing and despatched in A1 condition.
Any claims for losses or damage
in transit must be sent within 24 hours of arrival. After this
time no claims will be permitted.
Postage
All UK customers are dispatched
by Royal Mail Special Delivery and charged at cost.
All US shipments
are dispatched with DHL and all Canadian shipments with FEDEX for next day delivery. Cost as below.
All other international shipments
are dispatched by TNT, unless DHL is specifically requested, and charged as follows:
EU customers

We can also ship using EMS (a
cheaper service than TNT), at the customers request. We cannot
accept any responsibility for the condition of the pupae on arrival
as this service is not time guaranteed.

New customers. Payment by pro-forma
invoice
Terms of payment are within
30 days of invoice date.
Payment methods include; telegraphic
transfer in £ Sterling, $US or €Euro to our bank, Bankers
drafts in £ Sterling, $US or € Euro. Visa, Mastercard and
American Express also accepted.
